We prefer you pay at the end of your service at the drop off location BUT if
you would like to pay in advance we have that option too

Payment should be made at the end of your trip. If you want to pay in

Any time , the system will allow you to book 4 hours before the service

Cancellation are free as long as it’s 4 hours Before pickup time

You can cancel up to 4 hours prior to your pick up time for free.

You will receive an email after you place your reservation to confirm and
you will receive a text message from your driver one day before your pickup

You will receive an email confirmation once you place your reservation.
Your driver will confirm with you the day before the trip as well.


9. What payment option are available to me?

You can pay your driver at the drop off location using any type of credit
cards or cash

Phantom drivers accept cash or credit cards.

12.  How do I request a specific driver?

When you make your reservation, you are more than welcome to request a
specific driver.


13.  How can I upgrade my car ?

You can call us to upgrade from a sedan to SUV anytime or you can tell that
to your driver when he confirm 24 hours before pickup


14.  Can I upgrade my car?

Upgrading is fast and simple. When your driver confirms 24 hours before
your pick up, let him/her know you need to upgrade. (fees may apply)


15.  Can I book for someone else ?

Yes you can , but make sure you put all the information for the passenger

Yes. Be sure to include all of the information for the passenger you are
assisting.


17.  Does the driver meet me inside baggage claim ?

That will be meet and greet and it cost $25.00 plus the trip cost

Phantom offers a meet and greet service for a nominal cost.


19  Are the stops free ?

Making a stop is free as long as it’s under 15 minutes.


20.  Do I have the ability to make multiple stops?

One stop under 15 minutes is free. Additional stops will incur a nominal
fee.


21.  Do you provide a car seat ?

Yes we do , at the cost of $25.00

22.  Do I need to provide my own car seat?

Children should always travel in a legal auto restraint. Car seats are
available for an additional fee. (Please note: Parents are required to
install the car seat to fit their child's needs)
